* The camera is waterproof (IPX8, equivalent to JIS protection grade 8), enabling 2 hours of continuous underwater shooting at a depth of 14 m. The camera is also waterproof from a depth of 1.6 m. In addition, it has drop impact resistance from 1.6m*1, dust resistance equivalent to IP6X (JIS protection grade 6), a cold-resistant structure that allows operation even at minus 10°C, and a load-resistant structure*2 that can withstand a weight of up to 100kgf (kilograms) to withstand use in the harshest outdoor environments. * Six LED auxiliary lights are placed around the lens for close-up shooting. These lights provide uniform and bright illumination when using the “Digital Microscope” mode, which allows you to enlarge a subject to observe and photograph the microscopic world that is invisible to the naked eye on the LCD monitor.
