Delivery information

We offer a range of delivery options and prices. The price quoted for the products exclude delivery charges because we wish to give the customer a choice of service. We offer a variety of delivery options. The customer is invited to choose the way that they would prefer the goods to be delivered during the checkout process.

To ensure same day despatch orders for next day delivery must be received by 12.00pm. This is subject to the goods being available. Goods ordered after 12.30pm will be despatched, subject to stock availability, on the next working day.


The above options are available for all orders to mainland UK. Due to the location of certain postcodes delivery may sometimes take longer than normal. In these circumstances we will make every effort to deliver the order as soon as possible. For certain heavier or oversized items the above time scales will not apply. will make every effort to deliver these type of items as quickly as possible. It may sometimes be necessary to charge a premium for special deliveries. will always agree the method of despatch and any additional cost with the customer in advance.

Please note that the above options are not applicable to photocopiers, large format printers, digital duplicators etc. Delivery charges for these items will depend on size, weight, destination and the type of service and maintenance agreement. Free delivery, installation and training included in the price when purchasing photocopiers, large format printers, digital duplicators etc.  with an inclusive service & maintenance agreement. Please take into account that without this option you may be charged an additional sum. For delivery charges please contact us.

Delivery is considered to be to a ground floor reception or stores area only. Please notify us in advance if you have any special delivery requirements - there might be an additional charge for this service.

All delivery schedules are subject to change depending on the supply situation within the market place. will try to keep to the schedule to the best of its ability, but if in the event of a delay it is not possible to despatch the order promptly the customer will receive a phone call or an e-mail to advise of this. will confirm with the customer if they wish to continue with the transaction offering the opportunity to cancel or part-ship the order.

If the goods are lost in transit, the order is incomplete, the wrong goods have been sent or they are found to be damaged on delivery, the customer must contact immediately.

Once the delivery has been made, the customer is solely responsible for protecting the goods against damage or loss. will not take payment from the customer’s debit or credit card until the order is ready for despatch. operate in this way to ensure that the customer does not have to pay for goods that are not in stock. At the request of the customer, orders may be despatched in multiple shipments if only part of the order is in stock.

For the majority of items supplied by we offer a facility which allows delivery to be made to a 3rd party address. Deliveries to premises other than the billing address of the credit/debit card will be specifically confirmed by and this could delay the despatch. Additionally, also for security reasons, we are unable to despatch high value goods to a 3rd party address under any circumstances whatsoever.
