The gel battery of the brand Green Cell belongs to the accumulator group VRLA AGM. These types of accumulators are characterized by the use of electrolyte in the separator (glass fiber mat) between the lead plates, which are inside the battery. The AGM accumulator also has an automatic compression system with a one-way valve called VRLA. This opens when the gas pressure is too high, and the resulting gas is directed outwards, thereby counteracting damage to the housing. The most common is when the battery is overcharged.
